Hi Sandy,

Just wanted to let you know we picked up Seraphina on Wednesday last week and she seemed to have travelled quite well.  She has settled in beautifully and I think is quite relieved to be back with us.  She has already found a few favourite places to sleep and seems completely at home in her new house.  The house is spread over 4 levels so she is getting a bit of exercise too which is good - Mum and Dad were overfeeding her a little!

Dear Erin,

Thank you very much for all your assistance with Dion's move to PNG.

It's been two weeks since Jet Pets transported our French Mastiff from Qld to Papua New Guinea.  We were very worried about Dion's transportation however, Jetpets staff have been more then accommodating to all our queries and worries.

Dion arrived safely in PNG; and settled well into his new home day after his arrival. We will be recommending Jetpets to our friends and family for any animal transportation and will definitely contact you again for any future pet travel.

I just wanted to say thank you for the organising you did with transporting Bella back to New Zealand. 
The whole process went smoothly and she arrived safely - a bit slimmer from obviously not eating but making up for it now.
She showed no ill effects from the journey and has settled well.

I will have no hesitation recommending Jetpets to others for transportation of their animals.

 Sorry for being so long in responding to your email but we've only just settled into our new home and things are more or less back to normal.

Sabrina arrived safe and sound and, although very glad to see us, hasn't seemed to have been too traumatised by her adventure.

Thank you for looking after her so well. I'm attaching a couple of photos of her at the reception area at Heathrow just after we'd picked her up. It would be good to see them on your website.
