Kya and I arrived safe and sound in Germany...after running around Frankfurt airport getting all the necessary stamps to clear Kya through customs (we had to go back and forth between at least 4 different offices). Welcome to German bureaucracy!!! Anyway, Kya is tired but in good spirits and happy (so am I actually)

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you so much for all the assistance from Jet Pets to get our treasured Harry and Zara safely and happily from Melbourne to Auckland.
The care and assistance and easy communication with you in Melbourne and then from Shelly here in Auckland was very much appreciated. You are obviously all animal lovers, which is something I really valued throughout my dealings with Jet Pets, and made the waiting and wondering how they were doing, so much easier to deal with!
Harry & Zara are now happily ensconced in their new home and we are just so thrilled to have them back.

Dear All,
A belated HUGE thank you for getting Miska across here in such good shape. She arrived looking quietly calm and well-groomed (thank you to whoever combed her) She jumped out of her cage and spent the rest of the day under the spare bed suffering the usual jet lag exhaustion from too many business class champagnes no doubt... She was also very thirsty!
She now seems very much at home - still exploring her boundaries
I really appreciate all your help and assistance, handling her so carefully

You are my angel...You make the impossible possible..i was so worried and paranoid after speaking to singapore AVA..i'm so greatful to you for handling ruby's paperwork in importing her to singapore...it seriously wouldn't have happened without you...Thanks a bunch for bringing my baby to me safe and sound..
i had tears in my eyes when i saw ruby..i just couldn't stop crying...
she's finally here...you made it so simple and easy for me...she just ran into my arms the minute i opened her crate...The clearance at singapore was easy too..i'm really lucky to have you as my agent..You are so patient and helpfull..i'm really thanking upon my stars, for the day i called jetpets and you answered my call..i'm so lucky to have you as my agent...to think about it now i had the best person to assist me with the import and i was unneccessarily panicing..i seriously couldn't have done it without kylie..
i would also like to thank angus for sending me ruby's import permit in short notice..you guys are so spontaneous....i spoke with the singapore air freight personnel on the phone this afternoon to confirm her arrival and to my misery i could only reach them after your working hours..they wanted me to present ruby's import permit..they said that we need to hold the permit if not they will not allow us inside ava...i called your hotline to speak with you and it asked me to contact angus..i told angus my situation and he immediately responded to the situation..he emailed me the import permit..
bringing ruby home wouldn't be this easy without you...
