Dear Danny,

We are delighted with the help and service you have given us to import Yuuki from Japan. Right from the first contact through the regular updates to the air flight into Sydney, I felt nothing was too much trouble.

All my many questions and conversations were answered with a warm, friendly, honest and informative response. Jetpets staff certainly gained my confidence and took the worry away from importing from so far away.

BUDDY

MELBOURNE to TOKYO, JAPAN
Hi Kylie.
We arrived home last night. Buddy is very fine. He is running around on a new farm. We still have snow here and Buddy loves running on snow. Buddy has already got a girlfriend(my parents dog).
She loves Buddy already, so I don't really need to look after Buddy now. Anyway Buddy is very happy and I am also happy to come back with my dog.
Thank you very very much, Kylie. I couldn't do this without your help. We will enjoy new life in Japan. Thank you again.

MOOSE

Sorry we haven't written back to you regarding Moose. Rich tried but it was returned, needless to say we are having internet problems.

Moose got here safe and sound, a little dehydrated, but, I blame the customs here in Curacao, they took over an hour to get him to me. We wanted to thank you for all of your help in getting Moose to us. We are now a family again!

It is not very often that one has a chance to experience outstanding customer service and support to the degree where it prompts one to take the opportunity to acknowledge it in writing - Danny Burkandt has given me one of these opportunities, thus this brief email to you.

I would like to acknowledge that his constant professional support and high level of customer service was outstanding, especially in co-ordinating the many different parties involved in getting our dog out of Denmark over the long five months it took to finalise this relocation.

He provided a level of comfort not just to me but to all key contacts when things looked difficult and drawn out - and as a result, I know that your company received some positive reviews from the Danish Vet Clinic involved - they commented that ‘Jetpet was professional and easier to work with than other pet relocation companies’.
