Hey Aleisha, 

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help throughout the process of relocating Digger here to the UK to be with us. He was a little confused when i picked him up but very excited to see me. It only took him a couple of days to get over his jet lag and get settled straight back into his routine. We will be using you guys to get him back home when the time comes.

I just wanted to write a quick email to say thanks very much for getting my dog to NZ safely and hassle free!!! I was very impressed by you guys and especially would like to say thanks to the lovely lady that collected Sophie on Thursday the 18th (day before she was due to fly out from Brisbane). She was soooo good and made me feel alot better when I was a bit of a mess. She also made the effort to text me the following morning while I was on my way to the airport just to let me know that Sophie was ok and happy and waiting for her flight. I knew she would have been but that text was very reassuring and greatly appreciated!
 
 I wouldnt hesitate in using Jetpets again and would recommend you to anyone.

JACK

SYDNEY to LISMORE, AUSTRALIA

Dear Jetpets,

It is now a month ago from the day our boys travelled from Sydney to Lismore. We've all settled in our new abode now and we wanted to express our appreciation.

Because our cats have never flown before, it was a day we were fretting most, not knowing how it is all going to go. While we were driving up north, we received a phone call from Jetpets advising that the actual flight on which they were booked is delayed and that they would be put on a later flight, but that the door-to-door service would not be possible due to the flight arriving late. We were kindly immediately refunded for the service that could not be done, but more importantly, Jetpets gave us two transport-cages, so that a family member can pick the cats up. Theirs were with us in the car and for a moment, though we had someone to pick them up, we didn't know how it's going to be done and panicked a bit.

Flights will always be cancelled or postponed and that is a fact, however, we are certain that it is because of the way Jetpets handled the entire matter, our cats arrived to Lismore in excellent shape and we are forever grateful.

WOOFY

BRISBANE to CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to you and your team on the delivery of Woofy (labrador) to CHCH from BNE.

He arrived in great spirits and has settled in a lot quicker than the rest of us!  Our daughter (8 yrs) was very worried about him so drew him a picture of us all to go in his cage. We didn't expect it to actually be stuck in there but to ours and her delight there it was.  It really made her day.  That was an awesome piece of customer service so we thankyou.  

We would definitely recommend Jetpets to anyone looking to transport their 4 legged family member.
