just wanted to let you know how happy we are to have little Yuri with us again here in Sweden!
He was all himself except from being a little bit more tired and hungry than usual and he slept like a little baby in our bed the first night (or actually, still does hihi).

I wanted to thank you for the excellent job you've done for Zelda.
She got here to Germany and nobody would have been able to tell, that she had just done so many hours of flight, waiting, changing planes ect.
The local VET at our German customs was so pleased with her and the paper work and they had told me......this was superb. I had no troubles what so ever.
I would recommend your services for anybody intenting to move their pet.

As I understand, you are Danny Burkandt's supervisor at Jet Pets. I wanted to take the time to extend how thankful my partner and I are that Danny is part of the Jet Pets team. He has made the very challenging process of transporting our dog Boston back to Melbourne easy and pleasant.
He responded to all emails immediately and was always available to chat online whenever I requested to correspond with him. He always had his facts straight and was 2 steps ahead of us along the way.
