CHESTER

Hi Adam/the JetPets team,

Today, I received my beautiful little Cavalier puppy (Chester) who travelled from Melbourne to Perth. I was SO impressed with the way he was handled and taken care of. The staff were talking to him and lifting his crate with so much care.

I will definately use JetPets services again, it was so handy and nice to have someone take care of his flight arrangements for me and put my mind at ease having my pup flown from one side of the country to another!

So thank you 🙂

ROGUE

Dear Laura,
A brief mail to inform you that Rogue arrived in Tokyo without any trouble this morning (he's sitting beside me as I type) and thank you and your entire team for seamlessly getting him here.

PRINCE

Hi Laura,
Just wanted to say a big Thank you for all your help with the move of Prince across the ditch. Much appreciated. He made it safe and sound to his new home in Christchurch.
If I ever need to move another four legged family member you would be the first company I'd call. I will also be recommending you and your team to any of my friends thinking of making the move and wanting to take their beloved pets with them. Thank you again

ROY

To Laura and Jetpets
I just wanted to write to you and thank you for the wonderful service I have received while organising my dog to be sent to Hong Kong.
As you know, I have worried so much about how he would cope with the plane trip and the day at the airport. Laura, you have been so patient with my phone calls and so reassuring about Roys trip.
From your wonderful advice, support and help, to Dr Kate and her tips for travelling and of course the men that dropped the crate off and collected Roy on the day of his flight. I cant speak highly enough of your service.
I am sure that no one has worried as much as I have about Roy travelling. He arrived safely in Hong Kong from Melbourne this morning and he was a very happy dog. Thanks Laura and thank you to all at Jetpets!

FLETCH

Hi Emily,

Just wanted to pass on our thanks for the safe and efficient transportation of or dog Fletch from Ballarat to London last month! Everything went so well. The pick up was on time, the driver was great with him and the van looked ideal. When we collected him from the Animal Reception Centre at Heathrow it was straight forward with minimal waiting time, he was full of energy and seemed well looked after. Thanks again for the great service, including the administration side of things you have looked after, we will definitely recommend or use Jetpets again.
