Dear Jessica,
We would like to thank you and your team for all your assistance with delivering Ted to us. He arrived calm, safe and healthy on Friday night, not at all phased by his traveling adventure. Ted also responded really well to all your animal handlers.
He is now adjusting to his new life in the USA and runs around the house like he owns it!

Hi Chris.
Firstly I must appolagise for the late response to the transporting of our dog Wicki. I can only describe the service that Jetpets and Virgin airlines had provided in the transportation of our new pup as Absolutely Superb!
Everything went wonderfully and he arrived safely and completly stress free. So until next time, Thankyou very much for everything that everyone at Jetpets has done for him.

I can't thank you enough for your assistance in shipping her to the U.S. It was a very simple and happy experience for me thanks to your quick response to all my questions. It was obvious to me that Missy was well cared for and did not suffer any trama on such a long flight.
