SHEBA

CAIRNS to HONG KONG,

Dear Jessica,
This is just to let you know that Sheba arrived last night non the worse for wear after her journey to Hong Kong. Thank you very much for all your effiency that helped to make her journey go as smoothly as it did.
We arrived at the cargo terminal and Sheba was delivered to us on a fork lift!!! Although it must have been a long and terrifying journey (she also arrived into Hong Kong with a typhoon signal 8 up) she came home, popped out of her crate with tail wagging and promptly peed on my Persian rug!!! Our other dog Lucy was rather mystified (and continues to be) but Sheba has settled in well and seems very content this morning. She did keep us awake with her whining last night which was to be expected which left my husband and I exhausted this morning - a reminder of what a sleepless night is about! I would be very happy to recommend Jetpets to anyone needing to move animals from Hong Kong.

WIMBLEDON

Wimbledon arrived safely on Wednesday morning UK time, and is settling in well. He was very tired, not very hungry, and a little bit nervous about cars stopping outside the house, but overall he has coped much better with the travel than we thought he would.

PUPPY

BRISBANE to MELBOURNE, VICTORIA

Hello,
I am a breeder of Jack Russell Terriers, the contact person for Queensland Jack Russell Rescue, and a long time customer of Jet Pets.
Yesterday I shipped a Jack Russell Terrier from Brisbane to Tullamarine.
The family telephoned me after pickup to let me know that their dog had arrived safe and sound and in very good spirits. I asked whether the dog had been a bit nervous when they first let him out of his crate. They told me they didn't know because when they arrived at the Jet Pet Office, the dog had already been taken out of his crate, he had been watered and toileted and was waiting for them in a large kennel in the Jet Pets Melbourne "Animal Transit Lounge".
I am writing to commend you on this Transit Lounge. From what my customer told me it sounds like you have a wonderful set-up there, and I hope your 'lounge' idea will span out to all the other Jet Pets Offices in the future.

Buddy arrived safe and sound this morning. I just want to say a huge thank you to yourself and Jet Pets. You made the whole move so easy. I appreciated the way you communicated so well with me. Every email & question was answered immediately. I am so glad we used Jetpets. To this day I still have not received a reply from at least two other Australian companies, which I contacted at least 9 months ago, the same time I contacted you!
Thanks again Kylie, I hope the company knows what an asset you are. We may return to Australia in 3 or so yrs, I will be in contact if your services are needed.
