Wow! What an incredible experience we had with the Jetpets team! From initial conversations and emails all the way to destination pick up was incredible. The communication and everything was very up front and clear. Made it so easy. Two cats from AUS to USA in 2 calendar days is pretty awesome. Would highly recommend.

Master Shifu

Canberra to London, United Kingdom
Jetpets provided a seamless service transporting our cat from Canberra to London. They provided thorough advice from the start and throughout the preparations and when it came to the actual transportation days, they provided regular updates and photos which was much appreciated! He arrived in good spirits so was clearly well taken care of. A very professional service, I'd recommend Jetpets without hesitation.
