Dear Jetpets
Recently 28th April 2011 my dog Charlie was sent to New Zealand as arranged by yourselves. Just would like you to know I received Charlie in A1 condition.
It is rare nowadays to see such dedicated staff and work ethic which has compelled me to write this recommendation which you are most welcome to use it
I am overwhelmed by the customer service Kirsty has provided me in dealing with this transportation and she is a true example of going beyond and exceeding customer service needs. Nothing was a problem for her and she definitely came up with a solution for us in regards to transportation of Charlie. She is a credit to your company and what you do and I would have no problem in recommending either Kirsty or Jet Pets as the number one pet transport company you should use to transport and take care of your much loved pets.
Well done Jet Pets and Kirsty Coventry. Very happy dog owners indeed and forever grateful.

BELLA
HI Kaye
We have just said goodbye to Bella. She was collected right on the time we were advised and Debbie was just lovely. She gave us a full explanation of what was happening from this moment on.... At a very sad time for us we were comforted by the kindness of the JetPet's Driver and her obvious caring nature.
We will certainly recommend JetPets. Please convey to the Debbie our sincere thanks. I believe we can advise Adam and Jessica that Bella is in very good hands and will arrive in wonderful condition having been well cared for by JetPets.

Hi Melana,
Thankyou very much for all your help in getting Sophie over to us. She suffered from some jet lag which was funny to watch but returned to high spirits after a week - especially after we got her a pool!

Hi Kaye
I just wanted to write and say a big thank you to you and all the team at Jet Pets for getting my lovely sweep over to me in one piece.
You were right about her traveling quite well. She was perfectly fine when she got here, maybe a little jet lagged but running around her new yard by the next morning.
Again thanks for all your help and support through the while process, I would definitely recommend Jet pets to others and we will use you again IF we ever return to Australia!!!!
