Dear Samantha,
Just a note to thank you so much for organising such a good service for my “kids” pickups from the Gold Coast & flight from Brisbane to Melbourne, last Friday 17th. Both the kennels had nothing but praise for your services in the past, & this booking was certainly no different, & thank goodness the “ash cloud” didn’t interfere!!
The three of them arrived safe & well & didn’t appear to be at all stressed. Both dogs had a loo stop before another hour in the car to Geelong, & both went to sleep on the journey. Bella has travelled extensively in the past & the expedition didn’t seem to phase her at all.

BOOM AND OLLIE

Boom and Ollie made it to NY in one piece and are doing well! the whole process went to smoothly and I am so happy I went with JetPets. thanks heaps for all of your help and updates, it means a lot to us. I just spoke to Ben and he is very happy to hear they got here OK, he said it made his day 🙂
Thanks again, I will send through some pictures of them soon.. they are already loving their new home! just waiting until they see their first squirrel

HARRY & TOM
Hi Kirsty
I wanted to let you know my boys, Tom and Harry, arrived fit and well and were certainly none the worse for their journey. I wanted to thank you and all the Jetpets staff who may have dealt with them, especially Jo who picked them up from the door, for your care and consideration. But most of all for your patience in understanding us owners who are petrified of letting our "babies" into the hands of complete strangers, to be transported across the world and face goodness know what perils and not be there to protect them. After all, would we do that to our human children? Your love and understanding of our pets in our absence, is very important and I thank you all for that.
Tom and Harry have settled instantly into their new home and are loving exploring the countryside.

Just a quick e-mail to express our appreciation for your visit to our house yesterday and showing us the sized crates available. We also are very grateful for you making Bruno a slightly larger crate at no extra cost. Your willingness to help and the services yourself and jetpets have shown us so far does put our minds at rest that jepets are dealing with the transport of our dog Bruno.
