I sent my cat from Sydney back home to Oslo, Norway last month and was pretty concerned about the long trip and my anxious cat. Jasmyn was really great with replying to all my emails and phone calls and explained the entire procedure very well. I even received update photos during my cat's journey which was very reassuring and appreciated. I would recommend Jetpets, its worth the money! Penny

I moved abroad from Australia 3 years ago, and 2.5 years ago decided to bring my little dog Penny over to join me. After I booked it I got a little scared for her to take the journey, and JetPets were really great and patient, until I finally got her over here.

The experience of knowing your best friend is travelling over 48 hrs is stressful, but JetPets reassured me, sent me regular updates (including pictures!) and helped ease my mind. The staff are really wonderful, and even directly communicated with the import agent over here - taking all the stress of paperwork off me. I highly recommend them 🙂
