I honestly don’t know how we would have done this without JetPets. We moved our family dog from the USA to Australia and JetPets informed us every step of the way what was required next in terms of medical documentation and vet appointments so that our pup would be accepted by Australia quarantine. They also handled the transport and quarantine correspondence. We received constant updates and photos when he was in transit and then he was delivered safely to our door. The whole team is amazing and I couldn’t recommend them more if you’re needing to move your pet internationally.

Sydney to Tokyo, Japan
I had a very positive experience with Jetpets when transporting my dog from Australia to Japan. The paperwork side of it was really easy and Jetpets handled most of it. They were flexible in the drop off time so I could spend lots of time with my dog before I dropped her off. They send me some pictures and a report on my dog while they had her in their care which was really nice to receive. The communication from the international company that handled my dog in Japan could have been improved by way of an email or message confirming she arrived safely. I would request this if I was transporting a pet again. Otherwise, it was a really smooth process. We are very grateful for Jetpets assisting us.

Chloe and the team at Jetpets were fabulous. They made the complex problem of moving our cat and dog to the United Arab Emirates a seamless process. They made all the bureaucracy simple for us, booked the flight, picked up our pets from our door in Sydney and delivered them to our door in Dubai, and sent updates along the way. What also struck me was that they all seemed to be pet-people. No one seemed to be just doing a job! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
