Hi Rhiannon,

Like many other pet owners, my two Golden Retrievers are my children, and I would stop at nothing short of the best for their international flight back to California. I had done my due diligence by asking my local Vet, interviewing several pet transportation companies, and I even called the airlines direct. Hands down, Jetpets was recommended and the service we received was first rate from beginning to end.

What I liked most about Jetpets was the full service capabilities - everything was turn key - the company takes the guess work out about crate sizes, best options for flights, paper work and has measures accounted for well in advance in case of last minute mishaps. I liked that Teddy and Bear had the option to have their crates face each other and the out of crate pre boarding facilities sealed the deal for me.

Knowing my pets were in good hands let me rest easy (well easier) with Jetpets and Kirsty and her co workers were nothing short of amazing. I'd recommend Jetpets to all of my friends and will certainly use them in the future.

Teddy and Bear are happy and settled in their new home and I've attached a few pictures. One is old from when Teddy was just a baby but gives you the delicate gentle nature of their personalities. Doggies can teach the humans a lot about virtues like patience and sharing. All of the other photos are recent pics from here in NorCal...

Hi Adam,

As Danielle's supervisor, I'd like you to know that she has been fantastic to deal with. My experience with Jet Pet and specifically Danielle has left me with a lasting impression of how customer service ought to be everywhere. She is a great advertisement for the company which is refreshing, because I thought real customer service was dead. Jet Pet gets my vote for customer service.

You might want to mention to her in jest that her taste in cars is disappointing and that the correct spelling is "Noob" and not "Newbie" lol.

Hi ,

Just wanted to say BIG BIG BIG thank you. Last night (Monday) i received my lil choc lab puppy who travelled with Jetpets from Melbourne to Darwin. I have been trying to get a lab for about a year and felt like an expectant mother waiting at the airport. His accommodation was great and the price even better. Once again thank you very much and special thanks to Danielle Ward who i spoke to several times on the phone and was very helpful.

Please find attached a few photos of the dogs,Jarawee and I at our home in Thailand.

I want to thank you and Jetpets for your very friendly service in transporting both dogs from Darwin to Thailand. Kitiya had the dogs transported from Bangkok Airport to our home in Kanchanaburi and she took care of customs and duty fees. As you can see the dogs think its heaven here with plenty of cats to chase. I would certainly recommend Jetpets to anybody wishing to transport their pets both Australia wide or overseas.
