CHARLIE

MELBOURNE to LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM

Hi Kirsty

Just to let you know Charlie arrived safely and is settling into London life!

It was obviously a really big trip for her and she was quite subdued for a couple of days, interspersed with her usual antics.  The jet lag lasted over a week & the first few nights she woke us up pretty much on the hour - exhausting!   She has now made some doggy friends in the local off lead park and is getting used to being more of an indoor dog in preparation for the English winter, although we were very lucky for the first few weeks with an unexpected heat wave.

Thanks for the update you gave me before she departed - it really helped to know she was OK, but I was still extremely tense through the whole trip until I saw her again!

Kind regards

Caroline

LEWI

BRISBANE to MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

Dear JetPet,

Thank you so much for everything that customer service did for Lewi last night. The customer service team is second to no one.

Thank you to Scott and Sam for being so patience with me while I stressed out about Lewi being stuck in the plane for so long. And Thank you to Sam for hanging around for so long waiting for Lewi to be taken off the plane and driving him all the way out to home.

If I have to put Lewi on a plane again although I hope not,  I will be using Jetpets again. I will be checking the weather reports first!!

Regards

TIGER

SYDNEY to AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND

Good Morning Andrea & Crystal,

Thank you both for making this a very smooth process for Risa, Tiger, me & Crystal and everyone else that has been part of this process of bringing Tiger to NZ. Communications have been so good!

Tiger arrived safe and sound yesterday (Thursday afternoon) and my sister (Rata), brother in law (John) and myself were there to collect him in Auckland.

Risa was so happy to see Tiger again when we got home. It was also good that Risa stayed home in Rotorua to recuperate after all her travelling and rested (slept most of the day) to re-charge the batteries.

My dog (Misty) and especially my cat (Ngawha) know there is something up in Risa bedroom? Ngawha keeps trying to get into the room to investigate? We will give Tiger a few days to get use to his surroundings and been back in the loving company of his mummy before he is introduced to all the extended whanau (family).

We (Risa's whangai whanau (adopted family), appreciate the importance, unconditional love and healing animals give to us all (humans).

Andrea, I will recommend Jetpets to all of my whanau (family) and friends if they should ever require your outstanding service of care in the future.

Once again much aroha (love) and blessings to you both.

OLLIE

PERTH to LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM

Dear Andrea,

Firstly we apologise that we have taken a long time to contact you.  Secondly we want to give you and your team a huge thank you to the safe arrival of Ollie Reid through your Company.  We would definitely recommend you.  He had a pleasant pick up and a spacious carriage all the way home to our parents. We were so impressed with his carriage box, totally awesome. Much better than the one he came out to Australia in.

Anyway he is definitely settled back in good old England and we are doing the same and looking forward to a snowy Christmas.

You take care and all the best.

With kind regards.

Lisa and Andrew

MISCHKA

SYDNEY to WASHINGTON DC, UNITED STATES

Hi Kirsty,

I don't know whether I emailed you to let you know that Mischka made the trip to the US safely.
She has settled in really well in the past few weeks, is putting on weight, and hasn't fallen over once. In fact, I caught her jumping up into a tree the other day...pretty safe to say that she is back to normal and has recovered well from her stroke (albeit she is a fair bit slower than she was before - not such a bad thing!).

I am happy to have my furry lap-warmer back in time for the colder months.
Thank you for all your help (and patience!) over the past 9 months.

Kind Regards,

Fiona
